1. **教育背景**:大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理、商务管理或相关专业背景优先,但不限专业,欢迎应届毕业生投递。
2. **工作经验**:具有1年以上酒店前台、客服或行政相关工作经验者优先,熟悉酒店行业运作流程与服务标准。
3. **形象与气质**:形象气质佳,具备良好的职业形象与亲和力,能够代表酒店形象进行专业接待。
4. **沟通与服务意识**:具备优秀的沟通能力和服务意识,能够耐心、细致地解答客人疑问,提供优质服务。
5. **技能与工具**:熟练使用酒店前台系统及Office等办公软件,能够高效处理各类行政文件与报表。
6. **工作态度与品质**:工作细致认真,责任心强,具备良好的团队合作精神和协调能力,能够在快节奏的工作环境中保持高效与专注。
