1. 负责前台接待工作,包括接听电话、接待来访客人,并礼貌、专业地引导其至相关部门或人员; 2. 负责处理日常的信件、邮件收发工作,确保信息的准确传递; 3. 维护前台区域的整洁与秩序,确保良好的企业形象; 4. 协助组织和筹备公司内部活动,如会议、培训等,确保活动顺利进行; 5. 负责员工考勤的统计与整理,以及日常办公用品的采购与管理; 6. 协助上级完成其他行政事务工作。 1. 中专及以上学历,专业不限,欢迎应届毕业生投递; 2. 具备良好的沟通能力和亲和力,能够热情、耐心地接待来访客人; 3. 熟练使用Office等办公软件,具备一定的文字处理和数据处理能力; 4. 注重细节,工作细心认真,有较强的责任心和团队合作精神; 5. 形象气质佳,普通话标准,具备一定的应变能力,能够处理突发事件。 Don't quite meet every single requirement, but still believe you'd be a great fit for the job?
