Job Summary:
With strong ownership, Innovative Accessibility Solution Lead is responsible to coordinate internal and external stakeholders in strategic innovative programs to raise PBG’s products affordability and accessory to patients. This role shall understand the policy, listing procedure by engaged with key decision makers both internally and externally. He / She will be responsible for developing the effective and innovative programs including commercial insurance, PAP and other collaborative platforms to advance PBG products.
By bringing strong influencing skill, business analysis, facilitation and effective project management practices, the role will help to ensure the successful innovative initiatives and conversion of critical opportunities into real actions and platforms. This position requires outstanding communications and leadership skills with proven success in innovation, and exceptional forward-looking capability to keep the business at a competitive edge. He / She will need to be highly proactive, work collaboratively with other groups, have strong attention to detail along with excellent written, verbal and listening skills, presentation skills, teaming, facilitation, mental agility, influencing, and relationship building skills.
Responsibilities:
Propose the innovative programs through comparing with Pharma industrial MA policy & practices including QCE, VBP, NRDL, CDI,rational use of drug etc. and integrate internal business practices.Provide analyses, insights and recommendations according to China pharma industry market access trend to advance Pfizer product development.Interface with and engage key stakeholders to manage and coordinate operational and planning needs of innovative programs such as commercial insurance, PAP etc. Develop and implement overall working flow for new innovative programs.Build communication platform for internal and external stakeholders to ensure PBG’s advocate will in a more favorable environment.Identify new technologies, innovative and potentially conduct pilots of such to explore and drive new growth opportunities which will benefit more PBG products.Ensure all corporate standards of excellence and compliance are upheld while performing all innovative programs and practices to always demonstrate high ethical and professional standards.Education and Experience:
BS/BA in Finance or Medicine.10+ years’ experience in marketing, HEOR, medical department in pharmaceutical company or consulting.Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures and the agility to deliver results quickly in new and unfamiliar situations.Fluent English communication in both written and oral.Strong ability to anticipate roadblocks well before they occur and take action to ensure they don’t ariseExtensive experience with aligning stakeholders, facilitating conflict, and communicating information in a way that enables leaders to have transparency on the underlying issues and potential solutions in varying settings including workshops, small group sessions or one-on-one meetings.Able to interact, partner and provide thought leadership for key stakeholders with comfort and ease.Strong business senseTechnical Skills Requirements:
Communication and Impact – Excellent presentation and some influencing skill ability to interact with key decision maker internally and externally.
