Job Responsibilities
- 主导超融合一体机分布式块存储系统的自研设计与开发，实现高性能、高可用的块存储服务
- 负责私有云环境中Ceph存储集群的性能调优与稳定性保障，解决复杂存储问题
- 实现自研分布式块存储系统与OpenStack（Glance、Nova、Cinder等组件）的深度集成与对接
- 设计并优化基于iSCSI/NVMe-oF协议的块存储访问方案，提供低延时、高吞吐的存储服务，解决内核态驱动读写NVMe磁盘时可能出现的问题
- 制定并实施存储系统的一致性协议与混闪机制，确保数据可靠性与高性能
- 指导团队进行技术方案设计与代码实现，把控系统架构与核心模块开发质量
- 与产品、运维团队紧密协作，确保存储解决方案满足业务需求并高效落地
Job Requirements
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，8年以上存储系统开发经验，3年以上Tech Lead经验
- 精通分布式存储系统原理，有从0到1自研分布式块存储系统的完整经验
- 深入理解iSCSI/NVMe-oF协议栈，具备高性能块存储服务开发与优化经验
- 熟练掌握分布式一致性协议（如Raft、Paxos等）的设计与实现
- 精通Ceph存储系统架构，具备大规模Ceph集群的性能调优与故障处理实战经验
- 熟悉OpenStack架构，有Ceph与OpenStack对接的丰富经验，了解云账户管理与磁盘配置同步机制
- 熟悉Linux内核、文件系统、网络编程，精通C/C++/Go等至少一种系统级编程语言
- 具备存储池管理、用户认证、密钥配置等Ceph与OpenStack对接的实操经验
Preferred Add-ons
- 有超融合基础设施（HCI）相关存储开发经验
- 在Ceph等开源存储项目中有实质性代码贡献者优先
- 具备大规模存储集群（PB级）部署与运维经验
- 有NVMe-oF全栈开发经验，熟悉RDMA技术
- 具备良好的技术视野与前瞻性，能够把握存储技术发展趋势
- 有解决OpenStack对接Ceph存储时复杂问题的经验
