Job Responsibilities
- 主导超融合一体机场景下分布式块存储系统的架构设计与核心模块开发,构建高可靠、高性能的自研存储引擎
- 实现基于iSCSI/NVMe-oF协议的块设备服务层,优化内核态/用户态I/O路径,解决高并发场景下的性能瓶颈
- 设计并实现分布式一致性协议(如Raft/Paxos变种),保障多副本数据强一致性与故障自动恢复能力
- 开发混闪存储介质调度策略,实现SSD/HDD混合介质的智能分层与缓存管理,最大化硬件资源利用率
- 构建存储系统性能分析框架,持续优化吞吐量、IOPS及延迟等核心指标,满足超融合场景严苛SLA要求
- 完成与OpenStack(Cinder/Nova)的深度集成,实现虚拟机卷的高效创建、快照与迁移功能
- 编写高质量系统级代码,建立完善的单元测试与故障注入验证体系
Job Requirements
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历,4年以上分布式系统开发经验
- 精通C/C++系统级编程,具备Linux内核模块或高性能用户态网络栈开发经验
- 深入理解分布式块存储核心原理,有iSCSI Target/NVMe-oF Target实际开发经验
- 掌握主流分布式一致性协议实现机制,具备多副本数据同步与故障切换实战经验
- 熟悉SSD/HDD混合存储架构,理解写缓存、数据分层等混闪优化关键技术
- 熟练使用性能分析工具(perf/ebpf/bcc等),具备从应用层到设备层的全栈调优能力
- 熟悉OpenStack存储服务架构,了解Cinder卷服务与Nova计算的交互机制
- 具备超融合基础设施(HCI)开发经验,理解计算-存储耦合场景的技术挑战
