We are seeking a talented individual to join our Reinsurance Broking Team at Guy Carpenter. The position is based in Tokyo, Japan. This is a role that has hybrid working requirement of working in the office at least three days in a week.

We will count on you to / 主な業務内容:

ガイカーペンターのシニアブローカーをサポートし、新規、更新、見込み顧客向けの再保険業務の対応、クライアント関係の管理、提案書や報告書の作成・分析を行います。日本の特約再保険 (Treaty Reinsurance)ビジネスのビジネス開発および収益拡大に貢献します。顧客、ブローカー、テクニカルチーム、プレースメントチーム間での円滑なコミュニケーションに貢献し、高品質な業務プロセスを確保します。契約更新やマーケット・サブミッションの手続き、コンプライアンス遵守をサポートします。顧客や社内関係者向け報告書、プレゼンテーション、ドキュメントの作成を支援します。

What you need to have / 必要な経験スキル:

大学卒業以上で、保険またはリ保険業界での実務経験が2年以上ある方。英語と日本語の両方に堪能。優れた分析力、組織力、問題解決能力をお持ちの方。細部に注意を払い、コミュニケーション能力に優れている方。チームの一員として効果的に働くことができる方。

再保険業界における業務経験。特約再保険のプロセスや市場慣行に関する知識。日英以外の語学スキルや国際経験。
