**Description and Requirements**
**岗位职责:**
基础要求
+ **编程语言** :熟练掌握 C++ / Python(至少一种,最好两种 C++ 必须会),能实现基本的数据结构和算法。
+ **数学基础** :良好的线性代数、概率统计、最优化理论基础。
+ **算法思维** :理解常见的算法与数据结构,能进行基本的算法调试与优化。
机器人相关技能
+ **机器人学基础**
+ 理解机器人运动学(正运动学 / 逆运动学)和动力学的基本概念。
+ 掌握坐标变换、齐次矩阵、欧拉角 / 四元数等数学工具。
+ **SLAM 与定位导航(加分项)**
+ 熟悉常见 SLAM 框架(如 ORB-SLAM、Cartographer)。
+ 理解路径规划的基本方法(A*、Dijkstra、RRT、DWA 等)。
+ **计算机视觉(常见于机器人感知方向)**
+ 熟悉 OpenCV,能进行图像处理、特征提取、目标检测的基础实现。
+ 有深度学习基础(PyTorch / TensorFlow),能做简单的模型训练与推理。
+ **传感器处理**
+ 熟悉激光雷达、深度相机、IMU、超声波等常见传感器的基本原理和数据处理方法。
+ 能进行数据融合(如 EKF/UKF)基础应用。
工程与工具
+ **机器人中间件** :会用 ROS/ROS2,能写简单节点,理解消息通信机制。
+ **版本控制** :熟悉 Git 基础操作。
**岗位要求:**
+ 研究生及以上学历,计算机 / 自动化 / 机器人相关专业。
+ 熟悉 C++/Python 编程,具备良好的算法和数学基础。
+ 了解机器人运动学、SLAM、路径规划等常见算法。
+ 熟悉 ROS,具备机器人仿真或实机调试经验优先。
+ 有计算机视觉或深度学习项目经验者优先。
