岗位职责:

基础要求

编程语言:熟练掌握 C++ / Python(至少一种,最好两种 C++ 必须会),能实现基本的数据结构和算法。

数学基础:良好的线性代数、概率统计、最优化理论基础。

算法思维:理解常见的算法与数据结构,能进行基本的算法调试与优化。

机器人相关技能

机器人学基础

理解机器人运动学(正运动学 / 逆运动学)和动力学的基本概念。

掌握坐标变换、齐次矩阵、欧拉角 / 四元数等数学工具。

SLAM 与定位导航(加分项)

熟悉常见 SLAM 框架(如 ORB-SLAM、Cartographer)。

理解路径规划的基本方法(A*、Dijkstra、RRT、DWA 等)。

计算机视觉(常见于机器人感知方向)

熟悉 OpenCV,能进行图像处理、特征提取、目标检测的基础实现。

有深度学习基础(PyTorch / TensorFlow),能做简单的模型训练与推理。

传感器处理

熟悉激光雷达、深度相机、IMU、超声波等常见传感器的基本原理和数据处理方法。

能进行数据融合(如 EKF/UKF)基础应用。

工程与工具

机器人中间件:会用 ROS/ROS2,能写简单节点,理解消息通信机制。

版本控制:熟悉 Git 基础操作。
