岗位职责：

基础要求

编程语言：熟练掌握 C++ / Python（至少一种，最好两种 C++ 必须会），能实现基本的数据结构和算法。

数学基础：良好的线性代数、概率统计、最优化理论基础。

算法思维：理解常见的算法与数据结构，能进行基本的算法调试与优化。

机器人相关技能

机器人学基础

理解机器人运动学（正运动学 / 逆运动学）和动力学的基本概念。

掌握坐标变换、齐次矩阵、欧拉角 / 四元数等数学工具。

SLAM 与定位导航（加分项）

熟悉常见 SLAM 框架（如 ORB-SLAM、Cartographer）。

理解路径规划的基本方法（A*、Dijkstra、RRT、DWA 等）。

计算机视觉（常见于机器人感知方向）

熟悉 OpenCV，能进行图像处理、特征提取、目标检测的基础实现。

有深度学习基础（PyTorch / TensorFlow），能做简单的模型训练与推理。

传感器处理

熟悉激光雷达、深度相机、IMU、超声波等常见传感器的基本原理和数据处理方法。

能进行数据融合（如 EKF/UKF）基础应用。

工程与工具

机器人中间件：会用 ROS/ROS2，能写简单节点，理解消息通信机制。

版本控制：熟悉 Git 基础操作。
