Description and Requirements Job Responsibilities1.Conduct ESG risk assessments on suppliers to identify high-risk cases in alignment with EPEAT and company requirements.2.Manage the RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) onsite audit reports or equivalent audit reports for high-risk suppliers.3.Follow up on audit findings, track corrective actions, and ensure timely issue closure with evidence review.4.Analyze and summarize audit outcomes and closure rates in regular ESG performance reports.5.Deliver ESG training and capacity-building programs to suppliers to address root causes of audit issues and drive continuous improvement.6.Apply AI technology, or smart operation tools (such as Power BI, Python) to improve the efficiency of ESG data analysis, risk identification, and workflow automation.7.Support other ESG-related or cross-functional projects as assigned,demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative mindset.
Job Requirements1.Bachelor’s degree or above, at least 3 years of relevant experience in ESG, supplier compliance, audit management, or responsible sourcing programs.2.Solid understanding of ESG standards such as EPEAT, RBA Code of Conduct, and global supply chain sustainability requirements.3.Hands-on experience with RBA VAP or other third-party social/environmental audits.4.Proficiency in Power BI, Python, and other automation or data analysis tools is strongly preferred. Experience with AI/machine learning concepts is a plus.5.Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.6.Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a global, fast-paced environment.7.Fluent English speaking and writing.
