Description and Requirements Job Responsibilities1.Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of supplier worker engagement programs, including understanding current practices, identifying gaps, and driving improvements, and monitoring progress.2.Lead living wage assessments within the supply chain and support the development and follow-up of gap closure plans.3.Communicate and collaborate with suppliers, internal teams (e.g., procurement, legal), and third-party partners to ensure smooth execution of ESG initiatives.4.Prepare reports and summaries of findings, actions, and progress to support internal and external reporting requirements.5.Responsible for internal/external communication on worker engagement and living wage, and supporting EPEAT certification and Lenovo ESG report, etc.6.Support other ESG projects or cross-functional initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative mindset.
Job Requirements1.Bachelor’s degree or above, at least 3 years of relevant experience in ESG, supplier compliance, audit management, or responsible sourcing programs.2.Solid understanding of ESG standards such as EPEAT, RBA Code of Conduct, and global supply chain sustainability requirements.3.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with suppliers and cross-functional teams.4.Proficiency in Power BI, Python, or other digital/automation tools to support ESG program delivery.5.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic global environment.6.Fluent English speaking and writing.
