Description and Requirements We are seeking a highly motivated and innovated Supply Chain AI Application Product Manager to join our GSC (Global Supply Chain) Smart Operations team. The ideal candidate will take AI application product owner to align and design cross-functional product, co-work with DT / IT team to build product and make this AI agent contribute GSC operations which includes overall and by functional (planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, quality and order fulfillment) in global team. This is a full-time opportunity that will work in our Beijing office, and some team-work with outside of China members.

Job Responsibilities:1.As GSC AI Agent owner to pair with DT/IT team to align AI application product vision & roadmap to business priorities2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI product solutions.3.Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle as business owner with GSC business domain expertise and insights4.Lead to make AI agents adopt in GSC operations, improve user experience continuously and realize business value.5.Provide necessary supporting to cross-functional team to take use of this AI platform for agents development.
Job Requirements:1.A bachelor's degree or above in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, software engineering, mathematics, or a related field is required; a master's or doctoral degree is preferred.2.5+ years of relevant work experience is required in AI - related product management, especially in successfully launching and managing AI - application products, is preferred. 3.Ability to have good communicate in English, both written and verbal.4.Be proficient in digital product management processes, including market analysis, requirement definition, product planning, design, development, testing, launch, and lifecycle management.5.Be able to formulate product strategies and roadmaps that align with market needs and business goals.6.Have a deep understanding of AI - related knowledge, be familiar with the application scenarios and basic principles of common AI technologies, and understand the development trends of the AI industry.7.Professional understanding of supply chain concepts and processes is preferred.8.Have an innovative spirit and be able to identify new opportunities and business value in the application of AI, be able to quickly respond to market changes and user needs, and propose effective solutions to address various challenges that arise during product development and operation.9.Have excellent communication and coordination skills and be able to collaborate efficiently with cross - functional teams, coordinate various resources to ensure the successful implementation and operation of products.
