Job Description
You will support and gradually take ownership of key planning activities, including:
Demand Planning SupportAssist in analysing and forecasting product demand across multiple levels.Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand demand drivers.Supply Planning SupportHelp to issue invoice and solve related issues. Help ensure the smooth flow of goods to local distribution centers and customers.Monitor supply risks and support the team in resolving issues.S&OP ParticipationSupport the coordination of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.Assist in gathering market intelligence and contributing to cross-functional planning discussions.Inventory MonitoringHelp track inventory levels and identify opportunities to improve service or reduce overstock.Support clean-up and optimization initiatives.Master Data & ReportingMaintain planning data in SAP and assist in report preparation and KPI tracking.QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related fieldUp to 2 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or a relatedGood proficiency in EnglishStrong analytical thinking and eagerness to learnProficiency with Excel; Power BI and SAP knowledge is a plus, but not requiredStrong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, international environmentA hands-on attitude, attention to detail, and curiosity to understand the big picture
