Job DescriptionCollaborate with sales and marketing to gather judgmental input on future sales, validate and get alignment of SKU/CSO level sale forecast

Execute demand planning consists of standard demand, phase-in/ phase-out, promotions, cannibalization effect, etc.

执行需求计划：包括日常标准需求、新老品切换、促销计划等

Day-to-day operational supply control from supplier to local warehouse and regular exchange with suppliers

负责从供应商到当地仓库的日常供货控制，以及与供应商的定期交流

Take actions in case of supply issues (e.g. transportation delay) in collaboration with physical distribution

在出现供应问题（例如运输延误）时，与实物流部门协作采取行动

Monitor stock availability and inventory structure, ensure healthy inventory level in warehouse

监控库存水平和库存结构，确保仓库库存水平健康

Planning master data and parameter setting (incl. planning strategy, MOQ etc..)

计划主数据和参数设置（包括计划策略、最小起订量等）

Continuously work to improve demand planning forecast accuracy , improve stock availability and reduce overstock

不断提高需求计划预测准确性，提高库存可用性并减少呆滞库存

QualificationsBachelor degree or above

本科及以上学历

1-3 years working experience preferred

1-3 年工作经验者优先

Good knowledge in supply chain planning and S&OP process

熟悉供应链计划和 S&OP 流程

Strong communication skill and analytical skills

较强的沟通能力和分析能力

Familiar with OFFICE suite and ERP system (SAP preferred)

熟悉OFFICE办公套件及ERP系统（SAP优先）

Internationally minded, fluent in English
