Design and implement a comprehensive supply chain knowledge management strategy inline with enterprise strategy and objective. This includes identifying, classifying, and cataloging critical supply chain knowledge. Develop and maintain a supply - chain - specific knowledge graph. Define relationships between various entities like suppliers, customers. Design and facilitate supply chain specific knowledge management processes. Recognize and prioritize supply chain knowledge management requirements and use cases. Collaborate with developers on the implementation and execution of supply chain knowledge management scenarios. 2. Build and maintain a knowledge repository powered by vector databases or others, ensuring easy and authorized access to relevant stakeholders. Ensure that the knowledge base, including the knowledge graph, is correctly managed and regularly updated to reflect the latest industry developments, supply chain know-how and internal process changes etc.. 3. Promote a knowledge - sharing culture within the supply chain functions and across other functions. Encourage employees to contribute and utilize the knowledge repository through training sessions, incentives, and communication initiatives. 4. Promote knowledge management adoption within the supply chain functions. Manage daily business knowledge operation. Monitor knowledge usage performance and ensure alignment with goals. 5. Identify the knowledge enabled AI use cases of supply chain domain. Provide domain - specific supply chain knowledge to support the development of AI agents. Collaborate with AI developers to define the requirements for training data and the scope of knowledge that the AI agents should possess, with a particular emphasis on knowledge graph - based relationships. 6. Validate the accuracy and relevance of the knowledge used in training AI agents. Ensure that the AI agents can generate reliable and actionable insights for supply chain decision - making, leveraging the knowledge graph and vector database. 7. Promote the AI agents usage and penetration within the supply chain functions. Encourage and train supply chain terms to adopt AI agents in process and daily work. 8. Monitor the performance of AI agents in the supply chain environment. Provide feedback to the development team on areas for improvement, based on real - world usage and business requirements.
Job Requirements: 1. A bachelor's degree or above in knowledge management, information science, library science, business administration, computer science, or a related field is required. A master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields is preferred. 2. 5+ years of relevant work experience is required. Experience in knowledge management – AI related positions, such as building and maintaining knowledge bases, promoting knowledge sharing, conducting knowledge training, and enabling AI agents, is highly valued. Familiarity with specific knowledge management and AI tools and platforms is a plus. 3. Ability to have good communicate in English, both written and verbal. 4. Be proficient in knowledge lifecycle management including typical business / AI use cases, processes, team collaboration with role and responsibility definition, and the technical requirements to support AI agent development. 5. Ability to build and maintain a knowledge repository powered by vector databases, ensuring sharing culture and access control to key stakeholders. 6. Have understanding of AI - related concepts and the relationship of knowledge to AI agents, with capabilities to ensure AI are enhanced by knowledge contribution 7. Possess strategic thinking and foresight, able to design and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategies and plans that align with the company's development goals. 8. Understanding on the good knowledge quality standards and the methodology to manage functional knowledge categories and formats. 9. Experience in set up knowledge and AI use case KPIs, able to track and analyze the usage performance, generate insights and identify improvement areas for optimization. 10. Excellent analytical and problem - solving skills. Ability to translate complex supply chain knowledge into structured data for AI applications, especially for knowledge graph construction etc. Able to identify and address knowledge related issues and challenges. 11. Have excellent communication and coordination skills, ability to work effectively with cross - functional teams, stakeholders at all levels, including IT, supply chain functions, and senior management. 12. Strong team collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Leadership skills to guide and motivate team members. 13.
