Description and Requirements 岗位职责：1. 熟悉了解供应链相关业务经验。有很好的端到端的供应链业务视角。2. 掌握推动供应链业务流程分析，并能提供流程再造的解决方案。3. 强有力的合作能力，推动数字化转型和DTIT/业务团队合作，推动供应链数字化转型。4.负责梳理数字转型计划，结合行业最新技术变革，以实现战略和业务效益要求。5. 负责项目的项目管理（如需要）。 岗位要求：1. 5年以上供应链管理和转型管理经验，供应链管理学士学位或同等学历优先。2. 熟悉供应链行业数字化转型最佳实践和基准，掌握数字化转型的方法和技术。3. 有高科技或领先转型公司工作经验，具有领导复杂转型的经验。4. 掌握BPR、大数据分析、区块链和AI使用方法。5. 具备领导能力和良好的英语沟通能力。6. 有项目管理专业（PMP）证书者优先。硕士优先。7. 有转型顾问经验者优先。 Additional Locations:  * China * China
