Description and Requirements Job Responsibilities1.Complex Program & Project ManagementLead end-to-end execution of complex, cross-departmental programs or large-scale initiatives within the supply chain domain. Design robust project management frameworks, manage risks proactively, monitor progress closely, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery in line with strategic goals.2.Ownership of Strategic InitiativesSpearhead key strategic projects such as supply chain digital transformation and organizational restructuring. Mobilize internal and external resources, establish full-lifecycle project governance, and ensure effective execution, milestone achievement, and closed-loop management.3.Cross-Functional Collaboration & IntegrationAct as a central hub to lead end-to-end coordination between MDSC and key stakeholders, including Business Units (BUs) and corporate functional teams. Facilitate deep collaboration, integrate resources, and co-build operational frameworks to break down organizational silos, enhance information transparency, and enable seamless cross-functional operations.4.Process & Platform DevelopmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize business processes and lead the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of digital supply chain platforms. Drive operational efficiency and elevate management precision through technology-enabled solutions.5.Organizational & Process OptimizationIdentify systemic challenges in organizational structure, role clarity, and collaboration mechanisms through structured diagnostics. Propose innovative, scalable solutions to streamline workflows, reengineer processes, and enhance cross-functional synergy and organizational effectiveness.6.Strategic Planning & ExecutionEstablish a dynamic tracking and adjustment mechanism to ensure effective execution across the entire supply chain for the strategic projects. Orchestrate cross-functional resources to enable efficient and consistent delivery of strategic objectives.7.Capacity Analysis & Decision SupportConduct in-depth analysis of production capacity across MDSC-managed factories. Evaluate capacity planning and site selection decisions through a multi-dimensional lens—including market demand, cost efficiency, and scalability—providing data-driven, actionable recommendations to support strategic manufacturing footprint and resource allocation decisions.
Job Requirements1.Bachelor’s degree; preferred fields include Supply Chain & Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), Statistics, or related disciplines.2.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in supply chain management, operations, or project management, with proven track record and industry insights.3.Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to deconstruct complex problems and design practical, sustainable solutions.4.Demonstrated project management expertise, capable of managing multiple concurrent initiatives, prioritizing effectively, and delivering results on time and with high quality.5.Outstanding cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills; adept at aligning diverse teams, building consensus, and fostering a collaborative work environment.6.Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and presentation skills; able to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives.7.Proficient in business process modeling and data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.8.Advanced skills in PowerPoint and other presentation software; capable of creating visually engaging, logically structured decks for executive-level reporting and strategic reviews.9.Preferred: Experience in multinational corporations or overseas supply chain operations.
