Your Key Responsibilities Participation in technical review, RLA and sourcing decision meeting Lead and Ensure the implementation of all APQP elements acc. to standard on project level at supplier site Monitor and manage OTS, PPAP production, including measurement harmonity, R@R audit, initiation & monitoring of corrective actions Manage & monitor the safe launch plan process Supplier audits:  product audits, fly audits, process audits; make corrective actions based on audit findings at supplier site; Key suppliers or focus suppliers improvement plan development & following ; Execution and coordination of internal measures within the supplier complaint, block materials management, problem analysis Coordination of complaint corrective actions of 8D Develop sorting WI for CSL & 100% sorting & 3rd Party sorting process Your Qualifications Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering or related. 5+ years’ experience in electronic parts and related process such as plastic, stamping, assembly. Good knowledge of Supplier quality management system, tools, international standards and customer quality requirements (e.g., IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, VDA and etc.) Good problem-solving skills, able to apply effective problem-solving methodology, including 8D/3x5WHY and other critical tools. Good process improvement knowledge and skills (continuous improvement, lean knowledge, 6δ, etc.). Good communication and coordination skills. Strong personality and capable to work under pressure. Proficient in English. Good PC application skills (MS office). Highest business ethics and conduct.
