Experienced Operator who has been trained in specific warehouse tasks that require previous relevant experience and training; and who undertakes some additional supervisory duties for a shift. Works supervision with a mostly daily focus; has some additional supervisory responsibilities.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES  To carry out the materials internally transfer from/to Production department according to the Plan/Schedule and Instructions following internal control requirement.To perform the finished products weighing, dispensing, packing, labelling, transportation, loading and shipping according to the shipping schedule and ordering requirement.To coordinate with Quality for daily shipping audit and release, distribution of shipping documents to the cross Departments upon dispatching task completed.To implement the visual management of different storage locations covering chemicals raw materials, finished goods, packing inventory etc for meeting both quality and EHS expectation.Make sure the warehouse records correct, complete and meet the SOPs requirements, keep good FIFO.Ensure good 5S housekeeping practice, safety, security in warehouse to meet the EHS’s requirements.Perform cycle counting and stocktaking and make sure the physical stock is consistent with SAP system booking.To continually review stock levels, especially for high value items and to identify and report to HOD all slow-moving obsolete items for further disposal and follows up on those disposalsImplement and continuously improve warehouse operation in EHS relevant and pursue the safe working environment.Complete other work assigned by leaders actively.

QUALIFICATIONS

Familiar with SAP /ERP operation skills or WMS systemCommand of Basic English and can read the simple e-mails in English during daily workingCommand of knowledge of ISO 9000 quality system; Understanding of EHS requirements related to working and health safety and knowledge of hazardous chemicals incl. SDS, DG storing, movements etc.5+ year working experience in Warehouse relevant jobs is required, preferred in Chemical Manufacturing BackgroundForklift driving license is a mustCan work in multiple shifts and under pressure
