Your Key Responsibilities
- Strategy execution: Take shared responsibility for providing a comprehensive HR solutions to the given functions in a proactive and strategic manner in line with business requirements, includes but not limited on analysis of broad data sources for strategic business-based decisions.
High quality and timely cooperate with COE, share service center and other HR resources to build up a systematic HR framework and fulfill key business requirements. Ensure that HR information, policies and processes are well understood and implemented in related business area.
- Organization development: Take shared responsibility of organization capability and workforce planning, conduct yearly headcount budgeting with line manager. Proactively coordinate with recruiting team and provide holistic solutions to organization and individuals within the organization based on the transformative needs of the business.
- Talent development: Take shared responsibility integrated talent management strategy and process, make sure career discussion, succession planning, talent development plan is in place to meet middle term business needs. Focus on the development and retention of high performers and critical resources, as well as the dissemination of their knowledge throughout the organization.
- Performance & Retention: Support the development of high performance of organization and promote motivating ways to enhance employee performance, cross functional collaboration, and retention of critical competencies in alignment with business needs
- Culture cultivating: Promote culture initiatives and activities from global, regional, division/functional, make sure robust implementation and follow up improvement
- Employee relationship: Provide consulting and dealing with all aspects of employee relations topics and cases
- Compliance & governance: Ensure the compliance of the organization to all corporate and legal
requirements in respect to Human Resources
Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above. Above 8 years working experiences in HR field in a multinational company or local private companies Proficient in labor law and local policies, experience in labor relations management and practical cases in handling labor arbitration cases Solid HR knowledge & skills, ability to decode business & HR strategy and translate it into solid operational execution. Good at consulting, coaching, and facilitation, brave to drive changes, curious and willing to learn new knowledge Business & customer oriented, demonstrated interpersonal sensitivity and networking capabilities, good at collaboration and corporation with different stakeholders and colleagues. Good English and office software skills.
