**Description and Requirements**
岗位描述:
1.基于手机产品线组合和开发周期,反向制定和规划所有新产品的里程碑计划;
2.从产品早期概念阶段到产品上市,制定和组织有效的会议管理机制,里程碑预警机制,确保关键决策的及时性;
3.配合产品/研发/采购等团队,制定技术路线图和模拟竞品路线图。及时调整产品组合计划节奏,保持产品竞争力,确保关键卖点和创新技术实际导入产品开发和上市;
4.按照产品规划和项目管理需求,制定和编译自动化和可视化的工具(小程序),以提升跨部门信息传递和沟通的效率。
岗位要求:
1.至少5年以上手机、智能设备生态类项目管理经验;
2.熟练掌握自动化和可视化的工具的制定和编译,例如:Google/ Microsoft Script等(加分项);
3.英文熟练为必须项。
