Platform capacity planningBasic data maintain in MTOGenerate TEK chart to evaluate capacityExecution for delivery fulfillment with capacity planKPI achievementWIP reduction (WIP DIO)TPT achievementDelivery fulfillment trackingDLR and OPL follow upCoordinate techncial RPP on platform/product levelAnalyse cost report and guide team to find RPP elementsJoin SET for the product with high maturityECR ImplementationCoordinate to define ECR implementation dateFollow up ECR statusRouting (VT & TEB)Maintain production routingControl Plan, FMEA, Process flow Coordination and updateProduct EOP/EOL follow upCIP and PS activityBPS standard executionRamp up management in NPI, focus on execution level

QualificationsElectrical & Communication Engineering, Microelectronics,  Bachelor degree

2~5 years+ experience in

Semiconductor Testing / process

Familiar with Semiconductor process and final testing process

Experience with product manufacture planning

Good communication skill

Fluent oral and written English
