岗位职责：
主导基于OpenStack和Kubernetes的云产品交付项目，从需求分析、架构设计到部署运维的全周期管理
制定技术交付方案，包括POC测试、环境搭建、性能优化及客户培训，确保符合SLA要求
协调研发、运维及客户团队，解决混合云/私有云部署中的复杂问题（如网络策略、资源调度等）
带领交付团队完成技术任务，指导成员掌握OpenStack（如Nova、Neutron组件）和Kubernetes（如Helm、Istio）核心技能
建立标准化交付流程，编写技术文档（如部署手册、故障排查指南），推动DevOps工具链（如Ansible、Terraform）落地
定期复盘项目，优化交付效率，降低客户投诉率
作为技术接口人，向客户解释云原生架构价值，提供高可用性设计建议（如多集群灾备方案）
跟踪金融/制造等行业场景需求，推动产品迭代（如边缘计算、微服务治理）

岗位要求：
本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业，5年以上云计算/容器技术领域经验
精通OpenStack（至少熟悉Ironic、Ceph等2个核心模块）和Kubernetes（需掌握CNI、CSI等插件原理）
持有CKA（Kubernetes管理员）或OpenStack认证者优先，有大型企业级云平台交付案例
熟悉分布式系统设计，能解决高并发场景下的性能瓶颈（如etcd集群优化）
掌握Python/Go至少一门语言，能开发自动化运维脚本
了解网络（SDN、Overlay）、存储（Ceph、Gluster）等底层技术
出色的跨团队沟通能力，能协调研发、售前及客户多方资源
抗压能力强，适应短期出差（如现场部署支持）
有金融/政务/工业互联网行业交付经验
熟悉Kata Containers、K3s等轻量化技术
