Description and Requirements 岗位职责：1. 参与智能云智算调度系统的设计与开发，包括资源分配、任务调度模块；2. 优化异构算力（如 GPU、NPU）的调度算法，提升资源利用率（参考曙光云的智能算力调度）；3. 集成 Kubernetes、Volcano 等调度框架，实现云原生场景下的任务编排；岗位要求：1. 精通 Kubernetes 架构，了解 Volcano、Karpenter 等调度器原理；2. 熟悉 GPU/NPU 架构，掌握 CUDA、TensorFlow/PyTorch 等工具；3. 熟悉分布式存储（如 Ceph）、高速网络（如 RoCE/IB）。
