岗位职责：
参与联想xCloud混合云建设方案的研究工作，主要工作内容如下：
1、负责AI平台架构设计、开发及优化工作；
2、负责机器学习多个方向的工作，包括：模型训练、模型推理、资源调度、任务调度、模型管理、工作流编排等；
3、负责多种异构资源如GPU、DPU、CPU、IB卡等编排调度，提升集群的整体资源利用率。
岗位要求：
1、熟悉Linux开发环境，具备良好扎实的算法基础、良好的编程风格和系统设计能力；
2、扎实的编码能力，熟练掌握 Golang/Python 至少一门语言；
3、精通 Kubernetes 架构和技术实现，具备自定义 Operator 开发经验；
4、熟练掌握GPU或相关AI加速芯片，有实际开发和优化经验；
5、熟悉至少一种主流的机器学习框架（TensorFlow / PyTorch ）；
6、具有 Kubeflow, Argo, Openkruise, Istio, Volcano, Ray等开源软件使用/实践经验者优先；
7、具有千卡、万卡大规模集群调度及优化经验者优先。
