Demand Forecasting/ Supply Management including long term demand analysis and short-term weekly demand verification. Constantly drive DMD loading issue closure to enhance forecast accuracy. Guide region to do demand conditioning during supply constraint. 2. Coordinate with region team on Product Transition & End of Life management aligned with Global Plan. Collaborate with cross-function team including GSM, BP, PO etc. to ensure cohesive and integrated supply chain operations. 3. MWD Management/E&O tracking, highlight excess parts to Geo & drive GEO's demand/order in time to mitigate the risk of inventory loss and contribute to E&O reduction. 4. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes and performance. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above. 2. Fluent in English. 3.
