1. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理、餐饮管理等相关专业优先;
2. 具有2年以上中餐厅或相关领域工作经验,熟悉中餐厅运营流程和管理规范;
3. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力,能够妥善处理各种人际关系;
4. 具备较强的责任心和执行力,能够承受一定的工作压力;
5. 对中餐文化有深入了解,对菜品质量和服务标准有较高要求。
