3) 负责制定区域销售指标并分解到人并按时达成;
4) 负责制定区域内检测人员的培训计划,并确保落实;
5) 负责向部门经理反馈检测工作中发现的检测系统、技术和质量问题;
6) 负责收集、反馈电梯检测相关的投诉和抱怨问题;
7) 负责制定本区域的年度检验检测计划并实施完成;
8) 负责监督区域内检测人员按照标准作业指导文件及非标准检测细则和检测方案实施检验检测工作;
9) 负责监督区域内检测人员检测现场安全措施及相关管理工作
10) 负责汇总区域内检测人员对检验检测过程中的危险源识别及应对措施与实施的情况;
11) 负责本区域内检测人员的检测工作效率及成本控制;
12) 负责接受上级单位安全部门的监察工作。
