Job Description

Take RPP (Cost Down)  leader, cooperation with cross function team including purchasing, quality, engineering, manufacture.i.e.

Focus on RPP activities of WLD/SD/SCA including RPP idea collection, evaluation &implement.

Specific topic of product improvement will be assigned according to capacity/experience situation

Qualifications

 

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in business development, project managementStrong project management skills with proven ability to lead cross-functional teamsKeen market sense with the ability to identify trends and opportunities in the engineering sectorStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levelsExperience in cost reduction initiatives and process improvementFluency in English and Mandarin; additional languages are a plus
