岗位职责：

需求分析与沟通

与业务部门紧密合作，收集、梳理和明确业务需求，转化为可执行的技术或流程方案。

协调跨部门（技术、产品、运营等）沟通，确保需求理解一致。

流程优化与方案设计

分析现有业务流程，识别痛点并提出改进建议，设计高效解决方案。

创建流程图、用户故事、用例文档等，确保需求清晰传达至开发团队。

项目管理与交付支持

参与项目全生命周期管理，跟踪需求实现进度，协助解决实施过程中的问题。

协助测试团队验证功能与需求匹配度，确保交付质量。

数据分析与报告

利用数据分析工具（如SQL、Excel、Tableau等）提取数据，为决策提供支持。

定期输出业务分析报告，呈现关键指标及改进建议。

岗位要求：

教育背景

计算机科学、信息管理、工商管理、经济学等相关专业优先。

工作经验

具备X年以上业务分析或相关领域经验，有[行业如金融/IT/电商等]背景者优先。

熟悉敏捷开发流程（Scrum/Kanban），有项目管理工具（JIRA、Trello等）使用经验。

核心技能

优秀的逻辑思维与结构化分析能力，擅长将复杂问题拆解为可执行模块。

熟练使用需求管理工具（Axure、Visio、Lucidchart等）及办公软件。

出色的跨部门沟通能力，能精准传递业务需求与技术实现间的桥梁作用。

加分项

具备基础技术理解（如API、数据库、系统架构）。

持有PBA、CBAP、PMP等相关认证。
