About the Role
处理分公司理赔案件，确保理赔工作质量及准确性。工作职责：做好理赔处理结果的传达及沟通。(70%)
与理赔部其他岗位员工和涉及理赔业务的其他部门的员工进行有效的沟通与合作。
做好理赔处理结果的传达及沟通，提升客户、内外勤对理赔结论的接受度，确保案件妥善处理。 复核作业中心结论准确性，能够给出各类型理赔案件的准确结论。 做好咨诉案件的风险管控，对涉诉案件进行支持和跟进，包括致电及面谈。 主管所分配的其他临时性工作。
分公司其他理赔业务的处理 (30%)
确保理赔服务达成服务标准并做好风险管控
负责医疗险费用控制，评估就医行为合理性 协助做好理赔业务数据分析，做好业务支持。 具备授课能力，做好理赔规则、政策及流程的宣导、培训，提升其他相关团队及外勤对理赔问题的处理能力。
为了满足业务需求，其他主管分配的临时性任务
岗位要求：大学本科及以上学历 保险、医学、法律背景者优先
具有二年以上人寿保险相关工作经验 ，了解理赔原理、规则及流程
熟练掌握中英文
