Support Supply Chain Buy & Sell operations, shortage management and Total Customer Experience (TCE) initiatives. Interns will learn Supply Chain related know-how through the project and gain hands-on exposure to daily buyer activities.
Analyze buy-and-sell and fulfillment data, requiring strong attention to detail and sensitivity to numbers. This role requires strong analytical thinking and comfort working with numbers.
Develop and apply digital and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to improve efficiency in the team workflows. Interns are expected to actively use and learn automation tools.
Utilize tools such as Python, Excel automation, Power BI, and Power Automate to build dashboards, automate reports, and streamline operational processes, transforming raw data into actionable insights for the team.
Collaborate closely with buyers and cross-functional stakeholders, requiring clear communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to understand business needs and translate them into effective digital or automation solutions.

Support investment payment processing and budget tracking activities, ensuring data is accurate and properly documented.
Assist in analyzing budget and investment data, helping the team understand spending patterns and implications.
Monitor and summarize data related to market and global trends, as supply chain decisions are often influenced by external economic and market changes.
Demonstrate strong numerical sensitivity and data analysis skills, with careful attention to detail in financial and operational data.

Conduct tariff-related data analysis and visualization, collecting and managing Country of Origin (COO) data from ODM partners and transforming complex sourcing and tariff information into clear dashboards. This role requires strong analytical thinking and comfort working with structured datasets.
Own the end-to-end monthly COO dashboard publishing process, including data validation, dashboard updates, and on-time delivery. Attention to detail, accountability for data accuracy, and proactive issue reporting are critical for success.
Support the team by enabling data-driven insights for COO and ecosystem performance, helping management teams understand tariff impacts, sourcing structures, and operational risks. Interns will see how data directly influences executive and operational decisions.
Participate in structured training and on-the-job learning, including intern training programs, commodity technology, internal meetings, and hands-on practice. This ensures interns can gradually take ownership of processes that extend beyond the internship.
Apply strong communication, presentation, and digital analytics skills, working with cross-functional and management teams. Experience with Excel, Power BI, presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva), and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) is expected to support analysis, reporting, and productivity.
