**■業務内容** ①国内外の市販後/治験症例の受付業務（1次作業/QC） + メール確認：提携会社からの報告、クライアントからの報告、 文献調査会社からのメール + ﾃﾞｰﾀﾍﾞｰｽ(LSMV) Japan workflowにルートされた症例の確認 ②受付作業の進捗管理（優先対応症例等の全体指示、作業完了時のチーム間連携、クライアント報告） ③作業担当者からの質問に対する回答 ④入力チームとの連携（クライアントからの連絡事項共有、処理状況の連絡） ⑤担当者教育（新規入社した担当者への業務説明、OJT、ルール変更時の全体周知） ⑥クライアント対応（問合せ：処理方法の確認、クライアントへの申し送り、クライアントからの問合せに対する対応、等） ⑦（可能であれば）ﾃﾞｰﾀﾍﾞｰｽ(LSMV)でのJapan workflowでのprocessingおよびQC ⑧SOP/マニュアルの作成および整備 ⑨Deviation時の対応（Root causeの特定、CAPAの策定） ---------------------------------- **■応募要件** ①国内市販後症例の経験：5年以上、受付経験：3年以上 + Case Processingの全体像、流れを把握している ②Safety database(LSMVであれば尚可）の使用経験 ③業務管理の経験があり、優先順位の判断を行うことができる + 業務の進捗管理、作業担当者への作業指示を出すことができる ④担当者への教育経験があること + 新規導入の担当者に対する業務説明、OJTを行うことができる。 + 運用ルール変更時に変更点をとりまとめ、作業担当者に対して説明を行うことができる ⑤クライアントとのコミュニケーション経験 + メールや会議でクライアントとのやり取りができる(英語メールの読み書き能力があれば尚可） ⑥Word、Excel、Power Pointといったツールの基本的な操作、ドキュメント作成が可能であること。 ⑦チームワークを尊重し、性格が温和でいつも業務を前向きに取り組める方 IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
