**Introduction** 【採用企業】 日本アイ・ビーエムデジタルサービス株式会社(IJDS) 【業務内容】 ご経験やご希望に応じて、当社内いずれかの事業部に所属し、金融・製造・流通・公共/公益などの様々な業界のお客様のシステム開発、運用・保守プロジェクトを成功に導くために、プロジェクトマネージャーとして、提案・計画フェーズから終結に至るまで、End to Endでプロジェクトの円滑な管理運営をリードしていただきます。 **Your role and responsibilities** 【職務詳細】 ・プロジェクトの代表としてお客様および社内メンバー、協力会社メンバー、オフショア開発メンバーのリード ・業界業務知識および技術知見を活かし、IBMと協業しつつお客様への提案活動や交渉・調整を実施 ・顧客とのスコープ/スケジュール/コスト等の調整を管理者として実施し、その結果をもとにプロジェクト計画を作成し、実行の推進 ・数名～十数名規模のプロジェクトにおけるメンバーの作業を計画・管理し、プロジェクト遂行時のQCDマネジメントを実施 ・プロジェクトメンバーを率いて、要件定義から設計・開発・テスト、さらにはリリース後の運用・保守に至るまでをリード **Required technical and professional expertise** ・プロジェクトマネージャー経験 ・システム開発における一連の工程の経験(要件定義から設計・開発・テストまで） **Preferred technical and professional experience** Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
