【セールスプロモーション業務内容】

12,000件のプロモーション実績とPM会社ならではの施設目線を生かしたSPプランニング

商業施設の販売促進業務に携わります。

当社がプロパティマネジメントを担当している商業施設をはじめ、同業他社などからの依頼にも数多く対応しています。

施設ごとの問題点や課題を洗い出し綿密な分析を行った後、その施設、そのマーケットに合った最適なプランを提案し、集客アップや売上拡大につながるプロモーションを展開していきます。

また、新規開業施設や、リニューアルオープンする施設のブランディング戦略立案なども行います。

【具体的な業務】

テナント、及び施設特性の調査、分析テナント、販売計画の把握、分析年間月間販売促進計画の立案、実施PR計画の策定、実施SNS計画の策定、実施イベント計画の策定、実施効果測定、及び検証

PM会社ならではの専門性を基礎に、”施設目線”での企画、立案、効果検証を行い、クライアント様のニーズを汲み取り施設にとってのベストプランの実現をサポートします。 また、あらゆる商業施設に柔軟に対応してきた経験とノウハウを活かし、販売促進の領域から施設活性化及び地域の活性化を支援します。
