【主な職務内容】
財務データを収集し、財務分析および報告(例:会社法の損益計算書、貸借対照表、キャッシュフロー等)を実施することで、ビジネスの意思決定に影響を与えるとともに、事業横断的な取り組み(例:M&A)を支援します。一般に公正妥当と認められた会計原則(GAAP)および組織の財務目標・ポリシーの順守を推進し、確実に実施します。また財務結果を社内外に向けて正確に示す責任を担い、強固な企業コンプライアンスと内部統制を確保します。複雑な財務分析をリードし、ビジネスに対する深い理解を活かして目標達成のための最適な手段を決定します。財務報告および分析の正確性・迅速性を確保します。監査法人と連携し、会計監査を迅速かつ正確に完了させます。グローバルに影響を与えるプロセス改善およびポリシー策定を主体的に推進します。法務・会計・税務要件への準拠を確保するため、担当領域における主要な統制を積極的にレビュー、分析、管理します。貸借対照表および損益計算書がGAAP ならびに会社の会計・財務ポリシーに準拠していることを確認し、組織の財務データの整合性を維持します。外部ベンダーおよび監査法人を管理します。全社的なプログラムやプロジェクトの導入にあたりリーダーシップを発揮します。アナリストに対して指導やメンタリングを行います。【応募要件】
会計学・経営学・経済学を専攻とする学士号以上を保有していること。修士号や会計関連の資格(例:CPA、MBA)を保有することを強く推奨。おおむね5年以上の財務関連業務経験を有すること。プロジェクトチームのリーダー経験を有すること。【求められる知識・スキル】
会計原則(日本および米国GAAP)および財務分析について高度な理解。優れた分析力。卓越したプロジェクトマネジメントスキル。幅広い対象に対応可能な英語・日本語での高度なコミュニケーション能力。高いビジネスセンス。優れたコンサルティング力・影響力・交渉力。複数業務を同時に処理し優先順位を適切に判断するスキル。自動化やAIツールに関する知識。【勤務地】
