Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. ライセンス営業に関する戦略的プランニングの支援売上予測、予算策定、KPI管理などの財務分析業務市場・競合調査を通じたインサイトの提供ライセンス契約のパフォーマンス分析と改善提案社内関連部門（アニメ制作部、アジアコンテンツ・アクイジション部、Jコンテンツ・Kコンテンツ制作部、ファイナンス）との連携グローバルチームとのコミュニケーションおよびレポーティングデータ可視化ツール（Excel, Power BI, Access等）を用いたレポート作成

Senior Planning Analyst plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of licensing sales strategies within the Sales and Partnership department. This position drives business growth through data analysis, market research, and budget management. By collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, the analyst contributes to maximizing revenue from the licensing business.

Key Responsibilities

Support strategic planning related to licensing salesConduct financial analysis including sales forecasting, budget planning, and KPI managementProvide insights through market and competitor researchAnalyze licensing contract performance and propose improvementsCollaborate with internal departments such as Anime, Acquisitions, Japanese and Korean Contents, and FinanceCommunicate and report to global teamsCreate reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Access)

資格

(基本要件)

事業会社での営業企画、事業企画、または財務分析の経験（3年以上）Excel、PowerPointを用いた資料作成スキルデータ分析・数値管理に強みがある方日本語（ネイティブレベル）、英語（ビジネスレベル）

（優遇要件）

エンターテインメント業界、ライセンスビジネスの経験BIツール（Power BI, Tableau等）の使用経験プロジェクトマネジメント経験

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the entertainment industry or licensing businessHands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI or TableauProject management experience
