Then we might be looking for you. We are looking for a customer service to join our team in Tokyo, Japan reporting to a team leader of Operation team. You will be responsible for Import customer service and operations.

 

What will you do?

1.You will be accountable in ensuring the co-ordination and management of all aspects of import operations from creation/receipt of the orders in FLOW (HillebrandGori’s in-house management system) through to the delivery to final destination.

2.Maintaining a high level of customer and Export Handling Office(EHO) satisfaction through the effective use of FLOW and Group operational IT systems and support tools.

3.To control, monitor and utilize the shipping orders at optimum levels of cost and efficiency, ensuring customer requirements are met all the times.

4.Develop effective relationships with customers, service providers & other HillebrandGori offices and agents to meet the customers’ needs.
