・ホテル等での維持管理業務経験（2年以上） Exeperience in maintenance and management operations at hotels or similar facilities (2 years)

・マネジメント能力（メンバーへの評価、育成、業務アサイン、フォローアップ） Management Skills (evaluating members, development, task assignment, following-up )

・PCスキル（ワード、エクセル、パワーポイント） PC Skills (Word,Excel, PowerPoint)

・コミュニケーション能力・協調性 Communication Skills ・Teamwork

・基礎英語　Basic English

・ホテル等での維持管理業務経験（2年以上） Exeperience in maintenance and management operations at hotels or similar facilities (2 years)
