業務内容

エレベーター制御機器（制御盤等）製造。

エレベーターはお客様毎に仕様が異なることから、ラインによる流れ生産ではなく、セル生産方式によって組立から配線までを専任で担当していただきます。

習熟には一定期間（半年から１年程度）かかりますが、先輩社員がマンツーマンで丁寧に指導します。

将来的には特別仕様の回路変更等にも対応いただけるよう、スキルアップ（電気回路図及び仕様書の見方や電線加工図の作成と電線加工技術の習得）をサポートします。

流れ作業ではなく、お客様毎の製品を最初から最後まで担当するため、習得するまでは時間がかかりますが、反面やりがいの感じられるものづくりです。

電気機器製造以外にも機械組み立てや意匠機器組み立て等もあり幅広いものづくりが経験できるチャンスがあります。

フレックスタイムにより、チャイムに縛られない出退勤が可能です。

選考基準

高卒以上

優れた対人スキルを含め、強い顧客志向とサービス志向をお持ちの方

高いレベルのコミットメントと信頼性を特徴とし、結果を出そうとする意欲のある方

成果主義である一方、規模の大きな企業組織でペースを保ち働くことができる方。

時間：08時45分〜17時30分
時間外労働：あり（月平均25時間）
36協定における特別条項あり（納期工期の逼迫や突発的な事由が発生した場合、年6回を限度に月75時間、年540時間まで延長できる）

賃金：206,000 円〜400,000 円（月額）
昇給あり：昇給率　1月あたり4.3％（前年度実績）
賞与あり：賞与月数　計6.39ヶ月分（前年度実績）

・賃金は経験、スキル、前職の年収を考慮します。
・有給休暇は入社時に付与します：前職の付与日数を考慮します
・2024年度全社平均有給取得日数：14日間
