【業務内容】

昇降機（エレベーター・エスカレーター）の施工計画立案

現場の工程・品質・安全・予算管理

元請・協力会社との打ち合わせ

現場での施工指示・調整

竣工検査および引き渡し業務

【求める経験・資格】

建設現場での施工管理経験（設備・電気・機械いずれか）

昇降機工事経験者歓迎

施工管理技士（1級・2級）保有者は優遇

関係者との調整・コミュニケーションが円滑にできる方

勤務時間：08時45分〜17時30分
時間外労働：あり（月平均25時間）
36協定における特別条項あり（納期工期の逼迫や突発的な事由が発生した場合、年6回を限度に月75時間、年540時間まで延長できる）
賃金：206,000 円〜400,000 円（月額）
昇給あり：昇給率　1月あたり4.3％（前年度実績）
賞与あり：賞与月数　計6.39ヶ月分（前年度実績）
