Job description
The Laboratory Solution Sales Group at Agilent in Japan is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, self-motivated and people-oriented individual to join our success and dynamic team as an Account Manager who is responsible for selling Agilent Instrument and software products to end-user customers.
The Account Manager we are currently recruiting will be responsible for promoting Agilent solutions consisting of Agilent analytical instruments, services, and software to contract testing laboratories, manufacturers, and research institutions engaged in environmental analysis or food analysis.
As an integral member of the team, you will use your excellent technical acumen and business development skills to focus on acquiring new customers while helping to maintain and grow your existing foundation. You will be expected to develop and implement successful strategies and tactics to market the advanced workflow solutions offered by Agilent. Not only will you build new relationships on key accounts, but you'll also gain a better understanding of your needs in an untapped market space. You'll also be able to deepen your ability to collaborate with local channel partners.

-主要な顧客やKOLとのハイレベルな関係性を構築し、継続的で長期的な関係を築き、強化する
-部門横断的なチームを主導し、協力して、「One Agilent」のもと、戦略的顧客への勝率と市場シェアを拡大する
-製品紹介を、製品スペシャリスト、フィールドアプリケーションエンジニア、アプリケーションエンジニアの支援の有無にかかわらず実施する
-お客様からの建設的なフィードバックをアジレントにフィードバックすることで、お客様のニーズにより効果的に対応した製品の継続的な開発を支援する(お客様の声を収集)。
QualificationsQualifications
-職歴4年以内程度の方
-学士号または 修士号、または同等の学位
-コミュニケーション、関係構築、チームワーク、リーダーシップスキル
-モチベーション高く、前向きな自己研鑽力、組織力、優先順位付け能力
-顧客の場所によっては就業時間に10〜40%程度の移動があります
