このポジションは、ワークプレイスプロパティサービスと防火・生命安全(FLS)、環境・健康・安全(EHS)の機能を統合した役割です。主な責任は以下の通りです:

安全管理:防火訓練の実施・記録、防火責任者の管理、安全計画の更新など、職場の防火・生命安全を確保

法務サポート:クライアント/JLLの契約関連の法的事項への対応と連携

チーム支援:新メンバーのオンボーディング、啓発セッションの調整

クライアントサービス:クライアント関係の構築・維持、サービス品質の確保とKPI達成

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeing a legal matters and to liaise with Client/JLL legal section for making contracts.

• Initiates for on boarding process when new team member joins

• Coordinates awareness sessions

• Primarily responsible for Client/JLL TPO process under Client system/POR

• Record fire drills, as required by law, in the F&LS website Drill Survey

• Arrange fire drills including conventional fire drill building evacuations or in-building exercises in high-rise offices

• Coordinate with landlord to conduct fire drill in coordination with security

• Fire Warden count requirement for each floor, and ensure all Fire Wardens complete required training and are properly equipped

• Update the Site Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) annually for buildings in your portfolio

• Annual requirement that the Survey and Checklist should be completed by 2 different inspectors. Surveys and Checklists must be entered on the F&LS website by the local Fire, Life, and Safety Representative (FLSR)

• FLSR is responsible for maintaining the Evacuation Assistance or Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP) forms and reviewing annually

• FLSR is responsible for distribution of documents maintained on the F&LS website.

 

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understands business traits/ cadence/ needs

• Be part of a highly proactive, responsive, dynamic and agile team

• Establish direct relationship with the client business units and their neighborhood community, understand their issues, display confidence and satisfy needs and requirements of all requests

• Monitor service providers performance to ensure contractual obligations are met and exceeded

• I own my floor/s and take personal responsibility for everyone and everything on my floor/s

• Pro-actively develop and manage Client relationships ensuring that expected service levels are achieved

• Comply with all requirements of the Client contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators

• Must be customer focused and be proactive in establishing customer relationships

• Ensure service deliverables are met with SLA and KPI

• Work with all related parties on timely delivery of all services

• Establish direct relationship with the client business units and their neighborhood community, understand their issues, display confidence and satisfy needs and requirements of all requests

• Ensure the delivery of all operational requirements as per the client scope of works across site

• Drive Client specific initiatives such technology roll-outs, benchmarking, best practices etc.

• Ensure compliance with JLL and client Health, Safety, Environment and Risk Management policies and procedures

 

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Ideal Experience

• Basic knowledge of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), and intermediate for Fire, Life, and Safety knowledge.

• An added benefit would be a Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field; however, this is not a must.

• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of people
