サービスを停止することなく提供事故を予防しゼロを目指すクライアント満足度を高める業務・サービスを継続して改善し、品質を高めるハードサービスリーダーやハードサービスチームメンバーが不在の時はバックアップを務めて、クライアントを長く待たせたり、業務が停止する事がないようにする。

施設・設備管理対象：工場構内の建物と付帯する設備（受変電設備、非常用発電機、UPS・蓄電池、消防設備、給水・排水設備、空調機（ガスエンジン駆動チラー含む)、ボイラー、コンプレッサー、物流搬送設備、エレベーター、建屋外装・内装、照明、等々）予防保全、機器の改善など施設設備管理・保全における各業務について計画立案、実施、報告、記録機器設備不具合、トラブル対応予定外補修への対応、実施、報告、記録小中規模の投資案件プロジェクトについて計画立案、実施、報告、記録防虫防鼠管理セキュリティ（防犯・設備の機械警備）植栽・構内道路・舗装レイアウト変更廃棄物管理業者管理担当業務に関するクライアント方針、手順書（SOP等）を理解し、必要な変更があれば報告、提案し、手順に沿って更新する。クライアント手順書（SOP等）でカバーされない業務手順はJLLマニュアルを作成・更新するHSE（安全衛生環境）基準を理解し遵守する。業者に対しても指導し遵守させる。コスト管理･削減の機会を見つけ、提案、実施

【 求められる資格・経験・スキル・その他要件 】 ​

設備施設管理、機械、電気、建築、設備、ファシリティ管理に関するご経験自部門のメンバーを巻き込み、率先して問題解決に取り組むリーダーシップを発揮できる常に問題意識を持ち、主体的に 問題の真の原因を追究し明確にする姿勢と能力、また トラブルに対する暫定対策を迅速に導くことが出来る。トラブルの現象を整理し原因を分析し適切かつ恒久的な対策を導ける。将来的に発生が予見される事象に対して、積極的に対策を立案し実施する姿勢クライアント関係部門、業者と本質を捉えた円滑なコミュニケーションをとることができるクライアントの望む事を理解し、高品質のサービスを提供できる。誠実でクライアントと信頼関係を築ける。自ら高い目標を設定し、それを達成するために、計画を立て実行できるリーダーシップを、業者・チーム内に発揮できる幅広い業務内容に対し、これまでの経験を活かそうと行動できる。論理的な思考とコミュニケーションができる。チーム内外のメンバーと信頼関係を築き、協力できる。Excel、Word、PowerPoint, Outlookをビジネスで使用する十分なスキルがある英語スキル（定期レポート作成、電話会議・メール等でのコミュニケーション）があると好ましい。

８：４５－１７：３０（昼休憩：１２：００－１３：００）、土日祝休み、夏季・年末年始休暇あり。但し、一部祝日は平日と振替あり。休日出勤あり（代休取得してもらいます）

残業代：込み。基本年俸に固定残業代（月30時間相当）が含まれます。
