This role is responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with bank channel partners. The position drives business growth through strategic initiatives, incentive campaigns, and close collaboration to achieve overall sales and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities|主要職責
1. 通路關係維護與開發
維護既有銀行/保經代通路業務關係,並與潛在合作夥伴建立穩固夥伴關係。
Maintain existing bancassurance and broker channel relationships and establish partnerships with potential new collaborators.
2. 銷售活動與獎勵規劃
規劃並推動銷售獎勵活動,以實現營運與業務目標。
Plan and implement sales incentive programs to support business performance and revenue targets.
3. 溝通協調與流程管理
作為公司與合作夥伴間的主要聯繫窗口,確保業務流程合規並符合雙方目標。
Serve as the key liaison between the company and partners, ensuring compliance, smooth communication, and mutual business success.
4. 市場洞察與數據分析
蒐集市場與合作夥伴資訊,進行數據分析並提供多元分析報表。
Collect and analyze market and partner data to generate insights and performance reports.
• 具備 5–8 年金融保險通路相關經驗。
5–8 years of experience in the insurance or bancassurance industry.
• 具優秀簡報技巧與數據分析能力。
Excellent presentation and data analysis skills.
• 優秀的協商、談判與問題解決能力,能有效推動合作夥伴關係。
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills to drive effective partner collaboration.
• 良好的跨部門協作能力,能與內部業務、產品及行銷團隊密切合作。
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales, product, and marketing teams.
• 高度主動、積極,具抗壓性,能在多任務環境下保持效率。
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
