■仕事の内容

当社がプロパティマネジメント業務を受託している、商業施設における工事プロジェクト推進、および技術支援業務等を行います。

具体的には、設計事務所、工事施工会社への仕様指示、工程計画。テナント入退去工事、原状回復工事、リニューアル工事等をお任せします。当社物件担当者やビルに常駐しているビルマネジメントスタッフ、工事施工会社等と連携しながら各種工事関連業務をスムーズに進めていただきます。建物価値の向上を図るため改修工事を提案することもあります。

＊入社後、子会社JLLリテールマネジメント株式会社へ出向となります

■必要な能力・経験

下記のいずれかの実務経験を2年以上お持ちの方

設計事務所での設計監理業務経験者改修工事経験者ゼネコン・サブコン・内装工事会社等での設計・工務・施工管理経験者ビルメンテナンス業務経験者

【歓迎する関係資格（いずれか）】

宅地建物取引士管理業務主任者一級建築士、二級建築士施工管理技士建築部環境衛生管理技術者電気主任技術者等

当社受託ビルはほとんどが大規模な商業施設であるため、担当工事の領域も、建築・電気・空調及び衛生設備等と多岐に渡ります。そのため、自身の専門分野以外にも幅広く知識や経験を積みたい方、また、ビル全般に関するスペシャリストになりたい方にとっては、業務を通じて大きく成長できる環境です。長期的に安定して働く環境が整っています。
