―職務概要―

プロジェクトマネージャーとして、社内外のステークホルダーと緊密に連携し、優れたサービスの提供に従事して頂きます。プロジェクトの実施計画立案と計画通りに完了するのは勿論、当社業務の遂行及び計画内での完了に励んで頂きます。

【プロジェクトマネジメント業務】

・会議体管理

・デザイナー管理、ベンダー管理

・プロジェクト予算管理、スケジュール管理

【ビジネスデベロップメント】

・業務提供を通じ、同一顧客から派生的な業務を獲得

・ツール作成サポート（ケーススタディ、ベンチマーク、プロジェクトデータ管理）

【応募資格】

必須（MUST）

・建築・インテリア・設備に関する総合的（技術・調達・コスト・管理）知識と業務経験

・プロジェクトマネジメント業務に関する知識と業務経験

・プロジェクトマネジメントの実行に必要とされるその他の経験

・日常会話レベルの英語力（シニアプロジェクトマネージャーに関してはビジネスレベルの英語力が必須となります）

歓迎（WANT）

・技術士、一級建築士、一級建築施工管理技士

・宅地建物取引主任者

・認定ファシリティーマネージャー

・認定コンストラクションマネージャー

・PMP

※データセンター（施設）関連のプロジェクトマネジメント業務を経験された方は特に優遇致します！

※サステナビリティに関するご経験をお持ちの方、またご興味のある方も歓迎！
