リーダーシップ・戦略コストアドバイザリー部長（APAC）、直属上司と共に、APAC目標に沿った日本におけるコストアドバイザリーサービスの国家戦略を策定・実行日本のコストマネジメントチームにリーダーシップ、メンターシップ、技術指導を提供信頼されるコストマネジメントリーダーとしてのJLLの市場ポジショニングを構築・強化顧客・事業開発顧客エンゲージメント活動を主導し、デベロッパー、投資家、企業、公共部門との強固で持続的な関係を確保事業成長を推進（新規事業獲得、JLLの広範なネットワークを活用したサービスのクロスセリング、主要入札・提案活動のサポート［提案書、料金算定、プレゼンテーションを含む］）主要業界フォーラム、戦略的パートナー会議、顧客プレゼンテーションでJLLを代表プロジェクト実行・技術監督フィージビリティから最終決算まで、調達支援、バリューエンジニアリング、リスク管理、データ収集を含むすべてのコストマネジメント成果物を監督JLLのグローバルベストプラクティスと地域基準への準拠を含む高品質な成果物を保証指定期限と予算内で顧客要件を満たすチームの品質の高いプロジェクト実行に責任を持つスタッフの効率的活用を確保するリソース計画の立案生産性と収益性を最大化するためオフショアコストマネジメントサービスを活用顧客の意思決定に資するよう、現地市場状況、コストエスカレーション動向、ベンチマークデータに関するガイダンスを提供チーム管理・人材育成地域全体でサービス実行可能な高性能コストコンサルタントチームを構築、維持、育成JLLのキャリア開発プラットフォームとリソースを活用し、JLL/RICSキャリアパスに沿った研修、専門開発、キャリアアドバンスメントを推進継続的改善のため、現行実務に対するスタッフからの提案とフィードバックを推進スタッフが適切に訓練され、メンターシップを受けることを確保協働的で楽しく包括的なチーム環境を育成会計管理ビジネス・ファイナンス部長に対し、合意された収益と請求スケジュールに関する助言を提供し、上位報告をサポート必要に応じて顧客とのプロフェッショナルサービス契約の公式化を主導リソース管理、採用、業務範囲展開を主導チームと連携してサービス品質確保のための重要業績指標を追跡市場インテリジェンス・イノベーション業界動向、建設コストインフレーション、サプライチェーンリスク、経済指標を監視効率性、サービス品質、最適な顧客成果のために必要なデジタルツールとデータアナリティクスを向上させるJLLの重要なロードマップの一部を形成するデジタルプラットフォームを採用現地市場情報、ベストプラクティス、ソートリーダーシップマーケティング活動でJLLリサーチチームをサポート建設コスト市場のトレンド分析を実施し、定期報告書作成のための各種データ提供を目的としたコストベンチマーク分析を実行マーケティング包括的マーケティング戦略と共に、現地コンテクストを方向付ける取り組みをサポート現行のマーケティング、提出物、プレゼンテーションツールキットを見直し、現地化修正を実施デジタルリーダーシップJLLはプロジェクト実行に様々な技術プラットフォームを使用。そのため利用可能な技術で作業し活用する意欲と適性が期待されるJLLの今後の計画のため、既存デジタルプラットフォームの見直しと改善提案応募資格・経験コストマネジメント分野での実証されたリーダーシップ実績日本および海外建設市場での豊富な経験（デベロッパー、建設会社、コンサルタント間での強力なネットワーク）建築・積算・数量算出または類似分野での学位公認資格優れたコミュニケーション能力複数のアセットタイプ（データセンター、企業不動産、工業・物流、ライフサイエンス、ホスピタリティなど）の経験現地市場での様々な契約形態と調達への精通地域プロジェクトへの関与および/またはグローバル組織での勤務経験
