**The Role**
At Kyndryl, we propose, build, and operate systems that support our daily lives.
In large-scale projects, you will be engaged in IT service management to ensure systems run smoothly, contributing to the maintenance and improvement of service quality.
+ Understand the customer’s current operations and systems, take over BAU (Business As Usual) tasks under the direction of a team leader, and carry them out post-handover.
+ Develop transformation plans for each process, coordinate with customers, and execute them.
+ Implement processes focused on change management and problem management.
+ Analyze root causes and support recovery when issues occur.
You may be assigned to the project described above or a similar one, or potentially work across both.

+ Demonstrates leadership in guiding teams and driving transformation.
+ Willing to take on new challenges with a positive attitude, even in unfamiliar areas.
+ Possesses strong communication skills to coordinate across departments.
**[Work Environment]**
+ A hybrid work style combining on-site work at customer locations (in the Tokyo metropolitan area) and remote work from home. The balance may vary depending on project phases or incident response needs.

+ z/OS, IMS, CICS, DB2, MQ
**[Preferred Skills and Experience]**
+ PMP (Project Management Professional) certification _(Training and certification can be obtained after joining the company)_
+ ITIL certification _(Training and certification can be obtained after joining the company)_
+ Experience in IT service management
+ Ability to communicate in English via email and meetings
