AstraZeneca Japan R&DのAI・デジタル変革推進リーダーとして、組織の戦略的変革を主導

As the AI and Digital Transformation Lead for AstraZeneca Japan R&D, lead the organization’s strategic transformation.

Key Responsibilities

AIおよびデジタル変革ロードマップ策定・実行、AI ソリューション開発・導入（プロコード／ロー・ノーコード）、ビジネス分析による業務改善やROI評価社内外との連携：グローバル・ローカルの関係部署との連携、外部パートナー/ベンダーとの協働チェンジリーダーシップ：メンター・トレーニング、デジタル文化醸成、プロジェクトリーダーとしての推進責任範囲：戦略企画提案、PPM（プロジェクト＆ポートフォリオ管理）における改革、成果報告、リーダー層への提言Formulation and execution of AI and digital transformation roadmaps. Development and implementation of AI solutions (pro-code/low- and no-code). Business analysis for process improvement and ROI evaluation.Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders: Partnerships with global and local departments, and cooperation with external partners and vendors.Change leadership: Mentoring and training, fostering a digital culture, and promoting initiatives as a project leader.Scope of responsibilities: Proposing strategic plans, driving reforms in project and portfolio management (PPM), reporting results, and making recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

経験 Experience

<必須 Mandatory>

企業または組織のデジタル変革・AI導入プロジェクトでのリード／推進経験（目安5年以上）ビジネス分析や業務改善・アウトカム測定の経験戦略企画・立案およびプロジェクト実行で成果を出した経験複数部門やステークホルダーとの協働経験AIソリューション実装経験（プロコード：Python、R、Java等／ロー・ノーコード：Copilot Studio、Power Platform等）Experience leading or driving digital transformation and AI adoption projects within companies or organizations (around 5+ years).Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and outcome measurement.Demonstrated success in strategic planning, proposal development, and project execution.Collaborative experience working with multiple departments and stakeholders.Experience implementing AI solutions (pro-code: Python, R, Java, etc.; low/no-code: Copilot Studio, Power Platform, etc.)

製薬・ライフサイエンス・先端技術領域におけるR&D関連の実務経験グローバルプロジェクト／多国籍チームとの連携経験外部ベンダーやAI技術パートナーとの協働経験Hands-on R&D experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or advanced technology sectors.Experience collaborating on global projects and working with multinational teams.Proven track record of cooperation with external vendors and AI technology partners.

資格 License

情報科学・工学・データサイエンス・経営学・情報システム等の学士号以上Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline.

AI・データサイエンス・プロジェクトマネジメント関連資格（例：PM資格、AI関連認定等）Qualifications related to AI, data science, and project management (e.g., project management certifications, AI-related certifications, etc.)
