Andaz Tokyo, which opened in June 2014, offers a rewarding position that goes beyond mere administrative HR tasks. This role involves embedding Andaz's DNA, philosophy, and culture into HR strategy and driving its execution.
As a business partner to each department within the hotel, you will collaborate to solve problems.

This position involves managing HR for two Hyatt-affiliated hotels: Andaz Tokyo and Hotel Toranomon Hills (adjacent to Andaz Tokyo). As a business partner to department heads and section managers at each hotel, you will handle the following HR responsibilities:

◇ Employee Benefits
◇ Problem-solving for departments and sections
◇ Enhancing internal communication
